A: At first, we will give you a Proforma Invoice, after we received
your order, and then you pay the down payment which is 50% of total
payment. After we got your payment, we will send purchase order to
our factory. And the goods are manufactured immediately. When then
goods finished, we will email you the digital pictures for your
confirmation. We will arrange the delivery for you after receiving
the rest payment.
Q: What is the producing time?
A: According to the order quantity. Regularly, 1 piece takes about
one week, and the large quantity takes about one month. However, it
can be depending on the design and the size.
Q: How about the shipping?
A: We have our own shipping company, so we can offer the more
suitable price and service. And the shipping agent you appointed is
also acceptable. The inflatable goods can be sent by air or by sea.
The approximate transit time by air is 7 work days maximum and by
sea 20-30 days. Air charge is different form different countries.
